• Experience in the representation of a pipeline owner in litigation arising from an oil spill in state territorial waters.
• Representation of numerous marine and energy companies in U.S. Coast Guard and OSHA investigations and hearings.
• Routinely retained by clients to put on their opponent's side of the case in numerous mock trials involving IP claims, oil and gas breach of contract claims, and personal injury litigation.

Transactional

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Master Service Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Drilling Contracts, subcontracts, Charter Agreements, and other vendor contracts related to the oilfield, maritime, environment, and construction industries.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts including large marine construction contracts and commercial and residential construction contracts.
• Assisted in the formation and initial startup of a biodiesel and alternative energy company, as well as providing regular corporate and transactional advice relevant to their business.
