- Legal advisor to a publicly traded outdoor advertising company in the $127 million acquisition of equity interests in a privately held outdoor advertising company and its subsidiaries
- Represented a publicly traded company in connection with numerous asset and stock acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures ranging from $2.5 million to $458 million
- Represented the owners of a closely held company in connection with the stock sale of a grocery business
- Represented an industrial service and supply company in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating master service agreements, master purchase agreements, and subcontracts
- Represented a purchaser of barge and fleeting assets and real estate in a $20 million asset acquisition and drafted and negotiated related service agreements
- Represented a major pipeline company in the drafting and negotiation of numerous construction and industrial purchase orders
- Represented the owners of a grocery store business, with multiple locations across two states, in the $30 million sale of the business
- Represented an industrial engineering company in the drafting and negotiation of consortium agreements with a strategic partner
- Represented a family-owned real estate holding company, with more than one hundred fifty owners, in connection with the amendment and restatement of its operating agreement
- Represented a retail developer in connection with the negotiation and drafting of commercial lease agreements for retail developments
- Prepared employment agreements, professional services agreements, and organizational documents, including LLC operating agreements and shareholder’s agreements, for physician groups
- Represented closely held businesses, including legal and architectural professional service providers, in connection with the redemption of stock and membership interests from existing shareholders and members
