Mack Wilson is an associate in the bankruptcy and financial services group in the Houston office of Kean Miller. He joined the firm in 2022 and focuses his practice on bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, and commercial litigation. Mack represents debtors, creditors, lenders, committees, and other parties-in-interest in chapter 11 cases and out of court restructuring. Mack also has transactional experience across several industries. Prior to joining the firm, Mack completed a clerkship with the Honorable Christopher Latham in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.
