Danny Bosch practices within the firm’s Environmental Regulatory practice group. He works with chemical, petrochemical, and gasoline manufacturer clients, advising on regulatory developments and navigating enforcement and permitting matters at all phases of development.

Danny is called upon to research and analyze the legalities of strategy development associated with ascertaining and maintaining environmental permits. He also assists clients with permitting matters and enforcement actions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ), as well as associated and/or parallel state and federal court litigation claims.

Danny is appreciated by clients and colleagues alike for going above and beyond when clarifying and streamlining the complicated environmental laws and regulations that govern today's business practices and operational protocols in this fast-paced and ever-evolving market sector. Danny has been described by a variety of industry professionals as being “among Louisiana’s top young professionals” who brings a “work ethic (that) is second to none” and “… demonstrated incredible intellect, (the) ability to effectively process and articulate complex subject matter, and impeccable dependability.”

In his spare time, Danny serves as an Adjunct Professor for the LSU Department of Public Administration, where he teaches Laws & Regulations of Public Administration to graduate students. He is also an article reviewer for the Journal of Emergency Management. He remains actively involved in legal education, assisting student advocates as a coach for appellate advocacy competition teams at the LSU Law Center.

Danny’s background, drive, and determination to succeed are the result of his passion for the environment and the law, supported by meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to producing outstanding work product across everything he does. His prior research and policy analysis experience in areas like coastal restoration, behavioral health services, juvenile justice, child well-being, and rural development continue to serve the firm’s clients well. In addition to his law degree, Danny earned an Advocate Designation from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and holds a master’s degree in public administration with a focus on environmental policy and disaster relief.
