Derek Anchondo and Kelicia Raya Join LCLD Pathfinder and Fellows Programs

Congratulations to Derek Anchondo and Kelicia Raya for joining the 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD)’s Pathfinder and Fellows Programs.

Derek joined the Fellows Program which identifies diverse attorneys and sets them on a path to leadership within organizations. LCLD’s goal is to produce a generation of attorneys with strong leadership and relationship skills who are committed to fostering diversity within their individual institutions and the profession at large. Kelicia joined the Pathfinders Program designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. The goal is to provide Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.
