Kristina Tipton is an associate in the Houston office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2024 and practices with the bankruptcy and commercial litigation groups. Prior to joining the firm, Kristina served as an intern to Judge Drew B. Tipton of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
While in law school, Kristina served as a Comment Editor for the South Texas Law Review. She was a member of the Women in Law Society and Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Kristina was included on the Dean’s List every semester, receiving the highest honors upon graduation.
Kristina is a Certified Mediator.
Kristina earned her J.D., summa cum laude, with High Honors, from the South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024. She earned her B.A. in Government and Minor in English from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018, where she served as a Research Assistant in the Messing Neuroscience Addiction Lab and was a member of Minority Women Pursuing Law.
