Linda Perez Clark Named Influential Woman in Business

Linda Perez Clark has been named one of
Baton Rouge Business Report's 2008 Influential Women in Business. Ms. Clark joined the firm in 2000 and practices in the business, corporate and real estate groups. She represents clients in corporate formation, asset, stock and real estate acquisitions and sales and commercial lending transactions. Her practice includes general business advice to large and small businesses and the preparation and review of business acquisition and commercial loan documents (asset based and real estate loans), commercial leases and closing opinions. Linda earned her B.A.,
magna cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University in 1988. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University in 1991.
Ms. Clark also coordinates the
Kean Miller Connection, a 2-day law school preparatory program for college students. Lawyers from Kean Miller, along with others, provide an intense overview of the law school experience. The goals of the Kean Miller Connection is to "connect" minorities with information helpful to their decision to attend law school and become an attorney
