Rachael Gaudet is senior counsel in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2021 and practices with the offshore energy and marine litigation, corporate, and commercial litigation groups. Rachael has extensive experience in admiralty issues, including defending claims for maritime personal injury and workers’ compensation claims, maritime collision, and property damage suits, as well as real estate, leasing, and property disputes.
Rachael earned her J.D. from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2014. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2011. While in law school, Rachael served as the Casenote/Comment Editor for the Loyola Journal of Public Law Interest Law.
