Rachelle Maldonado is an associate in the Houston office of Kean Miller, practicing in the areas of probate, trust, and guardianship litigation and administration. She frequently assists high-net-worth individuals and taxable estates with estate planning, closely-held business succession planning, and litigation. Her personal experience dealing with both will and trust disputes brings a unique perspective to her practice and helps her truly understand the value of having a proper estate plan. Rachelle earned her J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 2019. She earned her B.A. from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2016.
