Bill Caughman Elected to Management Committee

Kean Miller is pleased to announce that Bill Caughman has been elected to the Management Committee. Bill will serve for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2023.

Bill Caughman is a Partner in the Baton Rouge office, practicing in the Business & Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Business Litigation groups. Bill assists businesses both large and small in resolving the myriad of legal issues and problems that are encountered on a day-to-day basis. He has extensive experience in litigation matters, as well as business sales and purchases, and general contracting. Bill also assists clients in intellectual property matters involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and allegations of unfair competition. In the community, Bill serves on the board of the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.
