Blair E. Boyd

Blair Boyd is an associate in the Shreveport office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2023 and practices with the litigation group. Blair represents clients in the areas of labor and employment, construction, and commercial litigation. She represents private and public employers in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodation, and wage and hour claims. Blair has experience appearing before state and federal courts as well as the NLRB, EEOC, and other state agencies. Blair also helps professionals navigate disciplinary complaints, license defense, and ethics investigations.

While in law school, Blair served as Editor in Chief of the Maritime Law Journal. She was also a Pace Environmental Moot Court oralist and brief writer and was a member of the Loyola Advocacy Center and St. Thomas More Inns of Court.
