Earlier in his career, he represented state-owned/operated healthcare facilities in professional liability litigation as a Special Assistant Attorney General; and, was appointed lead coordinating counsel for brain damage, anesthesia, cardiac, and emergency department litigation by a leading international professional liability insurance carrier. He has tried numerous medical malpractice cases to conclusion with favorable results.
