Senior Counsel

Dennis Sullivan’s experience spans a wide range of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, family matters, and personal injury. He also handles cases involving labor and employment, insurance, and construction matters. Dennis has litigated cases in all four federal districts of Texas, as well as federal and state courts in Texas, California, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Florida, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Illinois. He has successfully represented clients before administrative offices, courts, and appeal boards, including numerous occasions before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit as well as state courts of appeal.

Dennis is a seasoned litigator and was selected as 2020 Litigator of the Year by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers. Dennis served as a briefing attorney to the Honorable Charles M. Bleil of the Sixth Court of Appeals from 1991-1992.

EDUCATION

Dennis earned his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1991. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance from St. Mary's University in 1988.
