Emma Clark practices with the e-discovery and energy and environmental litigation groups. She works with clients on information governance, electronic discovery protocols, e-discovery compliance, electronically stored information, management, and retention and destruction policies and procedures. Emma utilizes a full range of advanced analytical tools to design and implement various phases of the e-discovery process. Emma also helps to develop discovery plans in federal and state courts.
While in law school, Emma served as a law clerk to the Honorable Darrell White, the Honorable Laura Prosser, and the Honorable D. Carson Marcantel of the Baton Rouge City Court, Division A.
