State and federal court litigator, Farnaz Alms, resolves complex offshore disputes, including maritime and admiralty lawsuits, securities and toxic tort claims, and general commercial litigation. In and out of court and in mediation and arbitration, Farnaz supports all phases of the dispute resolution and litigation process, from the initial filing through discovery, depositions, and strategy development through trial. She is particularly skilled in ensuring litigation teams remain on track and moving toward resolution.

Farnaz brings proven skill to prioritizing client goals across the lifecycle of a given lawsuit and for her seemingly natural ability to remain calm under and in difficult situations involving aggressive opponents. In addition to her professionalism and steadfast composure, also among Farnaz’s strengths are strong writing skills that result in persuasive and highly effective motions.
