Glenn Orgeron Named to Leadership in Law List

Glenn P. Orgeron, a partner in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller LLP, has been selected by New Orleans CityBusiness magazine for its 2008 Leadership in Law awards.  The annual Leadership in Law award honors the Top 50 lawyers in the New Orleans area based on their legal, professional and community contributions.   

About Glenn P. Orgeron

Mr. Orgeron is a partner in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller LLP and a Registered Professional Engineer.  He practices in the Admiralty and Maritime, Construction Law, Consumer Credit Litigation, and Products Liability practice groups.  He has over 15 years of experience in admiralty and maritime law, complex construction law matters, mold litigation, Fair Credit Reporting Act issues, and product liability litigation in state and federal courts.  Mr. Orgeron is actively involved in numerous civic organizations, including the New Orleans Regional Chamber of Commerce, St. Andrew the Apostle School (School Board President, Foundation, and Finance Board), New Orleans Public Schools Citizens Advisory Council (District 4), Crescent City Connection Citizen’s Advisory Committee, Algiers Economic Development Foundation, St. Mary’s Dominican High School (Parent’s Board), Algiers Community Foundation, Algiers Charter School Association, Our Lady of Holy Cross College Board of Ambassadors, and the Delgado Community College Board of Advisors.

Mr. Orgeron is a Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) in the United States Marine Corps.  
He received his J.D. from the Tulane University Law School in 1978 and his Master of Legal Letters in International Law from The George Washington University in 1983.  He earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1970 and his Masters of Science in Administration from The George Washington University in 1975. Glenn earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University in 1968.
