Hannah A. Crosby

Attorney

"Each case poses its own unique set of data, facts, and circumstances. By understanding technology and the strategic differences across a variety of claims, my clients can always be assured that I support the eDiscovery of their case in the most effective and successful manner imaginable."

Hannah Crosby practices in the firm’s electronic discovery group. From terabytes of data to hundreds of documents, she is dedicated to providing a streamlined approach to managing electronic and other discovery of varying magnitudes and complexities.

Hannah works with the firm's litigation and trial teams to determine the litigation status and preferred data strategy for a particular case at every phase of development. She coordinates the technological and other many moving parts associated with MDLs, investigations, and parallel state and federal court litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

In addition, Hannah offers recommendations on mechanical and practical next steps, including preservation, offensive discovery, forensic and other data collection, identifying potential informants, and forensic techniques appropriate to the task at hand. She also advises on motion practice related to discovery with the goal of discovering and identifying potential weaknesses involved in coordinating and analyzing extensive information, data, and exhibit lists.

Hannah strives to position electronic data as an advantage rather than a liability, especially since e-discovery inherently carries a high risk of inefficiency and non-compliance. She believes in using proven discovery management workflows that have the potential to reduce regulatory and litigation risk, streamline the discovery process, and reduce associated costs.

Passionate about where the law interests with technology, Hannah excels at organizing and analyzing large amounts of data in various forms.
