Hannah C. Soto
Associate"When supporting contentious state and federal mass tort claims, I always strive to anticipate the needs and exceed the expectations of my clients and colleagues alike."
Hannah Soto is a state and federal court litigator practicing in the firm’s Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation group. Her experience encompasses a wide variety of case types, namely catastrophic accidents, toxic torts, mass torts, product liability claims, commercial disputes, contract-based litigation, and indemnity/recoupment matters. She frequently serves on teams defending major and well-known Fortune 500 companies facing personal injury claims in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and multi-district litigation contexts.
An avid team player and considerate advocate with meticulous attention to detail, Hannah is appreciated by clients and colleagues alike for being personable, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the litigation team has what it needs to present the best possible case on their behalf. She thrives under the complexities of managing and executing serious, high-stakes, and challenging litigation claims. Appreciating the myriad of legal issues and unclear paths to resolution that these types of claims characteristically entail, Hannah is particularly creative when it comes to problem-solving and crafting persuasive analyses. For this reason, Hannah is extensively involved in multiple facets of a given case, such as discovery disputes, dispositive motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
