Kean Miller Adds Business, Corporate, and Hospitality Law Talent

Kean Miller continues to grow as the 219-attorney, full-service law firm announces the addition of Molly K. Vigour as special counsel. Molly joins the firm in the New Orleans office, where she focuses her practice on business, transactional, hospitality law, real estate, compliance, and entertainment matters.

Molly brings a unique perspective to our clients based on her nearly 20 years serving as an in-house counsel. During her time as counsel to a local New Orleans company, she served as a partner to the business owners and provided guidance on federal and state wage and hour laws and employment matters such as unemployment claims, health insurance, workplace safety, Form I-9 compliance, leave management, and disability accommodation.

Molly has extensive experience in labor and employment, entity formation, business licensing, commercial and restaurant leases, vendor contracts, lease extensions and disputes, purchase agreements, title curative work, landlord and tenant issues, and special event permitting.

Molly earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Tulane University Law School in 2001. She earned her B.A., with honors, in History from Mount Holyoke College in 1996. After law school, Molly served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Donald E. Walter of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
