Kean Miller continues to grow as the 226-attorney, full-service law firm announces the addition of Andrew J. Mahtook as an associate. Andrew joins the firm in the New Orleans office, where he focuses his practice on business, corporate, and real estate matters.

Andrew has experience representing and offering operational advice, contract review and drafting, and general transactional support to a wide range of both domestic and international companies in various industries and of various sizes. He especially enjoys partnering with entrepreneurs to help turn their visions into reality. Andrew takes pride in guiding start-ups and emerging businesses through critical stages of growth, from entity formation and structuring to navigating mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions. He is passionate about providing strategic, practical advice that empowers entrepreneurs to achieve their goals and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Andrew earned his J.D. and Certificate in Civil Studies, cum laude, from the Tulane University Law School and his M.B.A. in Finance from the Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business in 2020. He earned his B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance from Louisiana State University in 2016.
