Kean Miller Adds Partner in Shreveport

Kean Miller is pleased to announce the addition of J. Mark Miller as a partner in our Shreveport office.

Mark Miller has 22 years in the legal field and practices in the business group, where he represents clients in corporate transaction, business formation, merger and acquisition, real estate, succession, estate planning and litigation matters.  He earned his B.S. from Louisiana State University - Shreveport in 1994. Mark earned his J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 1997. After law school, Mark served as a judicial law clerk for the 14th Judicial District Court in Calcasieu Parish..  He earned his B.S. from Louisiana State University - Shreveport in 1994.
