Kean Miller Celebrates 10 Years in Shreveport

Kean Miller’s Shreveport office is proud to celebrate a decade of partnership with businesses across North Louisiana. Since 2014, our law firm has provided legal support to the local business community as our lawyers and staff have worked tirelessly with our clients and friends to help make Shreveport-Bossier a better place to live and work. Our attorneys and staff have been actively engaged in community and civic service over the last decade, lending time and talents to many organizations across the Caddo-Bossier community.

The “Red River” office traces its roots to January 2014 when partners Scott Zimmer, Michael Lowe, and Brian Carnie joined us. Shortly after the establishment of the office, partner Will Huguet joined, bringing his energy, CCUS, and mineral title practice to the firm. In January 2020, partner Mark Miller joined, adding important business, corporate, estate planning, and transactional capabilities. Blair Boyd joined us as an associate in March 2023.

The Shreveport office is celebrating its 10th Anniversary this year, but it is only the beginning. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for the firm and the communities where we live and work. As we look to the next 10 years and beyond, Shreveport will continue to use an existing smart growth plan to ensure that as the firm grows, it does so in a manner that is purposeful and intentional while meeting client needs.
