Kean Miller Continues to Grow Across Louisiana and Texas
Kean Miller’s growth trajectory continues as the 225-attorney, full-service law firm announces the addition of eleven associate attorneys in three of its offices in Louisiana and Texas. These additions will help bolster the firm’s utilities regulatory, environmental, real estate, business and corporate, litigation, employment, tax, maritime, and bankruptcy practices.

BATON ROUGE
Nathan P. Bromley joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the utility regulatory group. Nathan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2024 and his B.S. in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University in 2019.
Matthew P. Clark joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the business, corporate, and real estate groups. While in law school, Matthew served as a legal extern for the Louisiana Department of Justice, General Liability Section. Matthew earned his J.D./D.C.L., summa cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2024 and his B.A. in Journalism and Minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2019.
Lance H. Delrie joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the casualty and mass tort litigation group. Prior to joining the firm, Lance served as a judicial extern to Federal Magistrate Judge Perez-Montes of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. Lance earned his J.D./D.C.L., magna cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2024 and his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in 2021.
Michael M. Doggett joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the environmental regulatory group. Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as an extern for the Louisiana Public Service Commission, District 2. Michael earned his J.D./D.C.L. from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2024 and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2019.
Colton P. Duhon joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group. Prior to joining the firm, Colton served as a judicial extern to Chief Judge Shelly D. Dick of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. Colton earned his J.D./D.C.L., magna cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2024 and his B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 2020.
Greg M. McNally joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group. Prior to joining the firm, Greg served as a legal extern to the Attorney General’s Office of the Louisiana Department of Justice. Greg earned his J.D./D.C.L., magna cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2024 and his B.A. in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University in 2021.
Madeleine M. Simpson joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the labor and employment, insurance, construction, intellectual property, and commercial litigation groups. Prior to joining the firm, Madie served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Pamela J. Baker of the 19th Judicial District Family Court of Baton Rouge. Madie earned her J.D./D.C.L., magna cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2024 and her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science and Sociology and Minor in Spanish from Louisiana State University in 2021.

Derek P. Brondum joins the firm in New Orleans practicing with the federal and state and local tax groups. Derek is a Certified Public Accountant. He is an Adjunct Instructor of Accounting at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he teaches an online course. Derek earned his J.D., cum laude, and Civil Law Certificate from the Tulane University Law School in 2024. He earned his M.S. in Accounting from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2019 and his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2018.
Matthew J. Gaar joins the firm in New Orleans practicing with the offshore energy and marine litigation group. Matthew earned his J.D., cum laude, and Maritime Law Certificate from the Tulane University Law School in 2024 and his B.A., cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2021.

John B. Hogg joins the firm in Houston practicing with the offshore energy, marine litigation, casualty, and mass tort litigation groups. While in law school, John served as a Clinic Student & Advocate for the Medical Legal Partnership Clinic. John earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Texas A&M University School of Law in 2024 and his B.S., cum laude, in Economics from Texas A&M University in 2021.
Kristina P. Tipton joins the firm in Houston practicing with the bankruptcy and commercial litigation groups. Prior to joining the firm, Kristina served as an intern to Judge Drew B. Tipton of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is a Certified Mediator. Kristina earned her J.D., summa cum laude, with High Honors, from the South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024 and her B.A. in Government and Minor in English from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018.
