Kean Miller’s rapid growth continues as the 190-attorney, full-service law firm announces the addition of seven attorneys in three of its offices in Louisiana and Texas. Since November 2021, Kean Miller has added 32 attorneys in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Shreveport, Houston, and The Woodlands.

BATON ROUGESydney J. St. Pierre joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group. Sydney earned her J.D./D.C.L., cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2021 and her B.A. in Psychology (3+3 Program) from Louisiana State University in 2019.
Shearil S. Matthews joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the labor and employment law group. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Southern University Law Center in 2022 and her M.B.A. in Human Resources from Louisiana State University Shreveport in 2017.
Andre P. Bellefontaine joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group. Prior to joining Kean Miller, he served as a law clerk to the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office. Andre earned his J.D./D.C.L. from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2022 and his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2019.
Aaron M. Ruffin joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the casualty and mass tort and energy and environmental litigation groups. Prior to joining Kean Miller, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dontae L. Bugg of the Fairfax County Circuit Court and the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps. Aaron earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2019 and his B.A. in Economics from Brown University in 2012.
Dylan T. Scully joins the firm in Baton Rouge practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group. He earned his J.D./D.C.L., cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2022 and his B.S. in Accounting, cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2019.
HOUSTONHannah G. Colvin joins the firm in Houston practicing with the casualty and mass tort litigation group. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022 and her B.A. in English, cum laude, from University of Mississippi in 2019.
NEW ORLEANSKelicia D. Raya joins the firm in New Orleans practicing with the energy and environmental litigation group. Prior to joining Kean Miller, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ivan L.R. Lemelle of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Kelicia has experience in federal law, including criminal, post-conviction, maritime, and immigration. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2021 and her B.A. in Biology and Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2014.
