Kean Miller LLP Dictionary Project Featured on WBRZ

On Thursday, November 29, 2007, lawyers and staff from Kean Miller LLP delivered free dictionaries to third grade students in every public school in East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, and Iberville parishes. In its sixth year, the Kean Miller LLP Dictionary Project, in association with the Louisiana Resource Center for Educators, has placed almost 50,000 dictionaries in the hands of third grade students across the Capitol Region. Educators emphasize that third grade is the year that children begin to "read to learn" instead of "learn to read".
