Kean Miller Named One of Baton Rouge's Best Places to Work for a Fifth Consecutive Year

Kean Miller is pleased to announce that the firm is one of Baton Rouge Business Report’s Best Places to Work for a fifth consecutive year.  The firm was recognized in the large company category (251+ employees) at an awards program presented by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report and sponsored by the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management.  The survey was conducted by the Best Companies Group.  This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Baton Rouge, benefiting its economy, its workforce and businesses.

To be considered for inclusion, companies from across the region participated in a rigorous two-part evaluation.  First, each company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics were evaluated, comprising 25% of the total score. Second, results of an employee survey measuring employee experience were considered, comprising 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
