Kean Miller Named One of the Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge
Kean Miller is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized as one of the 2014 Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge. The awards program was presented by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report and sponsored by the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management and the Louisiana Workforce Commission. The survey was conducted by the Best Companies Group. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Baton Rouge, benefiting its economy, its workforce and businesses.
To be considered for inclusion, companies from across the region participated in a rigorous two-part evaluation. First, each company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics were evaluated, comprising 25% of the total score. Second, results of an employee survey measuring employee experience were considered, comprising 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
The 2014 list of Best Companies to Work in Baton Rouge appears in the October 14th issue of Business Report and all of the companies were honored at a breakfast held on October 15th as part of the Louisiana Business Symposium.
