About William L. Caughman, III
Bill Caughman is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller and practices in the business and corporate, intellectual property, and business litigation groups. Bill has extensive experience in litigation matters, as well as transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, and contracting advice. He also assists clients in intellectual property matters involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and allegations of unfair competition. Bill earned his J.D. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1993. He earned his B.S. from Louisiana State University in 1989. Bill is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State and American Bar Associations. He serves the community as a newly elected member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, and has been active in his church and as a Scout Leader.
About Carrie R. Tournillon
Carrie Tournillon is a partner in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller and practices in the utilities regulation, oil and gas and pipeline groups. She represents industrial manufacturing and refining companies before the Louisiana Public Service Commission and is involved in advising companies with respect to electrical generation projects to ensure their compliance with Federal and state energy regulatory law. She represents businesses in transportation permit matters, and assists telecommunications companies, local distribution gas utilities, and water and sewerage utilities in regulatory matters and contract disputes. Carrie earned her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2005. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Alabama College of Communications in 1998. Carrie is a member of the New Orleans, Louisiana State, Texas State, and American Bar Associations. She serves the community as a member of the Board of Directors of The Green Project.
About John C. Funderburk
John Funderburk is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller and practices in the litigation and construction groups. He represents both individuals and corporations in complex environmental litigation, construction litigation, contract disputes, and oilfield contamination litigation in both state and federal courts. John earned his J.D./B.C.L. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2005, where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review. He earned his B.A. from Spring Hill College in 1999. John is a member of the Houston, Louisiana State, Texas State, and American Bar Associations.
