Kean Miller Recognized as a Top Workplace in New Orleans

Kean Miller is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected as a Top Workplace for 2015 by the Times-Picayune / NOLA.com.

The winners were announced at an awards breakfast at the Sheraton New Orleans on Friday, May 15. Kean Miller’s New Orleans office was ranked fifth in the Small Companies Division (companies with 35-149 employees in New Orleans). Forty companies were recognized at the event, and almost 800 companies were surveyed.

The inaugural award from The Times-Picayune | NOLA.com recognizes organizations that separate themselves from others when measured for leadership, compensation, training, workplace flexibility, and diversity. The ranking among the Top Workplaces is grounded in a survey-based study covering company values, leadership, communication, working atmosphere, opportunities for training and progression, quality of managers and managerial skills, and an assessment of employee compensation. The employee surveys were conducted by Workplace Dynamics, an independent research firm.
