BTI surveyed general counsel, chief legal officers and in-house attorneys who report to general counsel at Fortune 100 and Global 500 companies. The survey covered a wide range of industries. The BTI survey categorizes the relationship between law firms and corporate counsel in numerous relationship-driving activities, including a law firm’s ability to understand each client’s particular business, anticipate client needs, and its ability to control project scope and budget.
