Kelicia Raya practices law in the firm’s Energy and Environmental Litigation groups. She serves on key client teams that defend major local, national, and international energy companies doing business across Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. Kelicia is a valued member of client defense teams that resolve major and high-stakes legacy litigation, land loss disputes, pipeline-related controversy, exploration and production claims, and environmental contamination lawsuits in state and federal courts.

Kelicia focuses her efforts on analyzing the broadest paths of discovery and streamlining that information into cogent talking points that often serve as the starting point for designing overarching case strategy.
