Kincaid Jackson Joins Business, Corporate, and Real Estate Teams in Baton Rouge

Kean Miller is pleased to announce the addition of Kincaid Jackson as senior counsel in the Firm’s downtown Baton Rouge office. Kincaid joins the Firm with over 20 years of commercial real estate and business transactional experience, handling large office, industrial, retail, multi-family, residential, and specialty sector real estate investment and development projects for a variety of industries. He also maintains an active corporate practice and serves as outside general counsel to companies in various sectors.

Kincaid practices in the Firm’s business, corporate, and real estate groups. He represents developers, medical providers, national foodservice distributors, casino service providers, construction companies, marine contractors, financial service providers, agriculture companies, and energy and marine service providers in various legal matters. He earned his J.D. from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2001 and his B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1998. Kincaid is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts and is a licensed Louisiana title producer.
