Kristina Tipton practices with the bankruptcy and commercial litigation groups. Kristina focuses her practice on representing debtors, trustees, committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and other parties in interest in reorganizations and liquidations in bankruptcy courts, insolvency proceedings in state court, and in related litigation in Texas and throughout the United States.

Kristina is a Certified Mediator.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristina served as an intern to Judge Drew B. Tipton of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
