Dedicated advocate and state and federal court business litigator, Mary Love, supports the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Construction, Intellectual Property, and Labor and Employment teams. She is passionate about delivering excellent work product and legal advice and analysis in everything she does and plays a key role in achieving overarching client goals at every stage of the litigation and dispute resolution process.
Her attention to detail, impeccable research and drafting skills, and commitment to going “above and beyond” make her an important resource for clients and colleagues alike. These skills are further bolstered by her positive outlook when finding answers and solutions that might not appear obvious but offer the opportunity to position the client’s case well.
Mary plays an active role in assisting with pre-litigation preparation, pleadings, discovery, and motions practice in a variety of complex litigation matters. Her adaptability and determination have been instrumental in helping client teams craft practical solutions for resolving a wide range of commercial lawsuits both in and out of court. In addition to traditional litigation, Mary assists firm litigation teams with preparing for alternative methods of dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
