Matthew Clark is an associate in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. He joined the firm in 2024 and practices with the business, corporate, and real estate groups.
While in law school, Matthew served as a legal extern for the Louisiana Department of Justice, General Liability Section. He also served as an Issue Editor of the Louisiana Law Review, as an Academic Tutor for Contracts I, and as an SBA Student Mentor. Matthew received the CALI Award for the highest grade in Legal Research & Writing I, The Legal Profession, Business Associations II, and Securities Regulation. He graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif for the Class of 2024.
Matthew earned his J.D./D.C.L., summa cum laude, from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2024. He earned his B.A. in Journalism and Minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2019.
