Nathan Bromley practices with the utility regulatory group, representing some of Louisiana’s most prominent industrial companies and independent power producers before the Louisiana Public Service Commission. Nathan provides advice to clients on complex M&A transaction negotiations and associated regulatory approvals, helping them navigate legal, financial, and strategic challenges to achieve successful outcomes.
