Overview of the 2024 Louisiana Tax Reform Special Session – A Shreveport Business Briefing from Kean Miller

Kean Miller will host an important Business Briefing on Thursday, March 27, at Superior’s Steakhouse in Shreveport. Registration and lunch will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by the program at 11:30 a.m.

Kean Miller’s tax trio of Jaye Calhoun, Willie Kolarik, and Phyllis Sims will present an informative overview of Governor Jeff Landry’s Louisiana Tax Reform Package, its immediate impact on businesses in Louisiana, and the comprehensive Article VII Constitutional Amendment scheduled to be on the March 29, 2025 ballot. The package was passed by the legislature in the most recent Special Session ending on November 22nd. 

This program has been approved for 1.5 CLE hours by the Louisiana State Bar Association and 1.0 hours of CPE credit for CPAs and SHRM credit for HR professionals.
