Pam Mascari Elected to Management Committee

Kean Miller is pleased to announce that Pamela R. Mascari has been elected to the Firm’s seven-member Management Committee. Pam will serve a two-year term beginning January 1, 2025. She joins Managing Partner Linda Perez Clark, Erich P. Rapp, Mark A. Marionneaux, William L. Caughman, John F. Jakuback, and Sean T. McLaughlin on the Firm’s Management Committee.

State and federal court litigator, trial advocate, and regulatory advisor, Pam resolves high-stakes litigation in and out of court involving a wide variety of complex environmental claims across all types of property. Among her clients are energy, petrochemical, and manufacturing businesses, for whom she advises on litigation strategy and management involving the Louisiana state and federal court system and regulatory agencies. Pam also brings a proven track record of successful outcomes to resolving difficult, federal multi-district litigation proceedings (MDLs) inside and outside of the Louisiana courts. Notably, Pam is among very few litigators in the state who have successfully tried legacy litigation matters to conclusion.

Pam earned her J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 1997. She earned her B.S., magna cum laude, from Tulane University in 1994. In the community, Pam currently serves on the Alzheimer’s Services of the Capital Area Board of Directors as Vice President.
