Raven Bourque is a zealous trial advocate and enthusiastic team player who practices in the casualty, mass tort and products liability litigation groups. She represents businesses confronted with lawsuits involving industrial accidents, explosions, mass torts, product defects, and multi-district litigation.

Raven thrives under the high-stakes pressure of her complex, and often multi-plaintiff, litigation practice. For these reasons, Raven is frequently involved with every facet of litigation, including summary judgment, discovery disputes, depositions, and trial preparation.

Raven works with in-house counsel and executives to develop strategies and establish goals, all while keeping costs contained. She works diligently to advocate solutions that enable clients to meet their objectives and drive suitable growth, ensuring every decision aligns with their long-term vision. By leveraging industry insights and fostering strong partnerships, Raven consistently delivers tailored approaches that maximize efficiency and impact.

Raven has served as lead counsel on several matters. She has also handled business and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, employment law disputes, and construction law matters. She has experience representing trucking, energy, and telecommunications companies before the Louisiana Public Service Commission.

  • Defended a top Fortune 500 company facing 70+ plaintiff personal injury lawsuit arising from an industrial fire, primarily assisting in taking depositions and drafting and filing motions.
  • Represented of various entities in business disputes ranging from employment law to contracts to construction defects.
  • Represented of several clients frequently appearing before the Louisiana Public Service Commission in connection with energy and telecommunications regulatory matters.
