Raven Bourque is an associate in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2023 and practices in the casualty and mass tort litigation group. Raven has experience in property casualty litigation and has served as lead counsel on several matters. She has also handled business and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, employment law disputes, and construction law matters.
While in law school, Raven served as a Rule XX Student Practitioner for the Workplace Justice Project Division of the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic & Center for Social Justice, where she handled cases from inception to resolution. She was a member of the Loyola Law Review, Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, Moot Court Staff, and Sports & Entertainment Law Society. Raven received the Law Excellence Award for the highest grade in Civil Law Property I and the Lawyering I and II Teaching Assistant Excellence Awards. She was also a recipient of the Joseph V. Bologna Scholarship, Lanasa Greco Providence Law Scholarship, LEA Rightor-McDonald Scholarship, and the Loyola University New Orleans School of Law Dean’s Scholarship.

- Representation of several clients frequently appearing before the Louisiana Public Service Commission in connection with energy and telecommunications regulatory matters.
Raven earned her J.D., Civil Law Division, from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Minor in Economics from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2018 and her Diploma in Culinary Arts and Operations from Institute of Culinary Education in 2014.
