Kevin Curry Appointed Chairman of Trust Code Committee of the Louisiana State Law Institute
Kean Miller is pleased to announce that Kevin C. Curry has been appointed Chairman of the Trust Code Committee of the Louisiana State Law Institute. Mr. Curry is a partner in the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust section, and has more than twenty years of experience in wills, trusts, successions, and federal tax matters. The Louisiana State Law Institute exists to promote and encourage the clarification and simplification of the law of Louisiana and better adapt the law to present social needs.
About Kevin Curry
Kevin Curry joined the firm in 1995. He represents individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, wills, trusts, successions and corporate and business issues. He is a Board Certified Tax Law Specialist and a Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist, by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. Kevin earned his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1991 and his LL.M in Taxation from New York University in 1995. He earned his J.D. in 1994 from the LSU Law Center where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
